Just had about 200k drop into my vanguard traditional IRA brokerage from a company distribution. Should I DCA it or go ahead and dump it all into a fund? Planning on doing VFIAX or open to other suggestions. Most of my portfolio is already in VFIAX.

Hello 🐠- first time home buyer and closing is in next 45 days. Have a decent Credit score (757) and Worried with fluctuating bond yields/ interest rates . Any suggestions on how to research for better lenders with less interest rates. Searching online gives too many confusing results. Few friends referred some (3-4) lenders who provided similar rates to me.
