The new agency I work for is so high stress, unorganized and has a crazy work load. I work till 12am some nights. The day I started 3 people on the team quit and it’s been me and one other social person grinding day in and out. So I’ve been with my agency for several months now as a PT contract SMC.. and Ive worked my a$$ here! I’ve been training and onboarding for several new clients as a full time employee. The last couple weeks training as been vaulted and no one would tell me why. I found out today they hired a full time social media manager and I’ve been striped of all my hrs and left only 5 hrs/weekly.
