Where you can quantify an accomplishment or just talk up a major project you led at work or in an internship, do so. Recently failed my probation due to not forming effective internal connections and wasn’t given my 1 week notice. Instead I had my laptop collected the following day and was paid for the month and two weeks extra. It was beginning to get very awkward and internal communications began breaking down so it’s a blessing in disguise, but is this actually legal? I’ve questioned whether or not I can say anything because I essentially got paid off and a good reference to keep quiet.

Hi Community, I need a career advice about how to get into Marketing Analytics. I am currently a Marketing Coordinator with 1.5 years of experience. I can't learn analytics in my current company, they don't have a Marketing data management team/department.
And I can't join a College/University too atm. How do I gain knowledge in this area and show it in my resume to apply for jobs? Please don't hesitate to share any information you can think of.
