The roles and responsibilities; however, are more aligned with a program manager ( think more strategic and global). After looking I noticed there were no Program Manager titles in the entire marketing division. That said, because it’s a new role, do I have the ability to request this change? If so, when?

Creating an editorial calendar for social media content for a month (sometimes more) for a client to approve every single post is a tremendously stupid way that we handle social media.
