Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. How many points? Caribbean Marriott Cat 3 property, 5 nights. They have an issue with the boiler so no hot water and shower stops in between. Ice cold showers for 4 days in a row 🥶. Hotel phones don’t work because network is down and only local channels work on tv. Last night they had a huge leak in the lobby. They kept knocking stuff all night to fix it and then left a large floor fan running. I understand it’s tough reopening so don’t want to push, plus they upgraded our room at check in.

I booked basic economy even though I’m platinum on delta using rewards since it was crazy cheap. Does upgrading to regular economy cost a lot? Will there be a cheapest time to move up?
