Just here to praise the Unary Operator. Old school programming trick that’s still very relevant.

In Excel it’s =--(Range =or other logic op Condition)

My favorite use case: Sumproductif()
=sumproduct(--(conditional range = condition),range1, range2)

This function will multiply across range 1 and 2 if the corresponding cell in the conditional range meets your condition, if it fails the condition it’ll result in a zero, then it will add the results up

Q1) how much percentage of Performance Pay generally people get on average. E.g. if it is X then will they give X or 50% of X.

Q2) Is this offer as per TCS standard?

Q3) Does it worth joining TCS from Big4 with just a 25% hike as I am expecting a 15% hike in the current firm in June?

Thanks!

Excel Geniuses, please help:

Is there a way to display data in a Scatter chart (or any chart for that matter) that changes based on a condition (IF, AND, OR)?

For instance, if I have a list of data populated with A or B, and I only wanted to show “A” data points in my chart, can I do that formulaically, or so I have to manually select all the A’s in the data set to show in the chart?

Hey all, for VBA what would the code be for searching for a specific value in column A and once that value is found go to the next row, do a loop that basically copies and pasted that value into Column C, the next row would then be copied and pasted in column D, then next to E, F, and G then back to C…. Until another specific value is found?
