If you don’t have an offer yet, you should still be looking. The market is hot right now, so if you have a good resume for the type of job you WANT, you should be able to at least get an interview. I would be applying like crazy, but only to jobs I’m interested in and are aligned to my long terms goals. Don’t count your chickens before they hatch if this is just the first interview.

Need some help: doing taxes and seems I exceeded the comp limit to create a Roth IRA and process a $6k 2020 contribution due to wife’s government unemployment pandemic boosts/extensions. Made trades starting in January ‘21 and portfolio has increased now 10%. Anyone aware of a work around to not get dinged / taxed?
