Just joined a company to help build their TA strategy. They dont even use an ATS so got my work cut out for me. Any advice on where to start gathering data about what ATS to purchase??

Lever and Greenhouse are going to be strong go to’s. Equally an integration like Goodtime will really help automate much of the scheduling- this will be really useful if you have a lean team

It really depends on the size of your company, volume of recruitment, existing HR process/tools. There's a lot of ATS out there but start looking at Josh Bersin's HR Tech white paper. Good luck!

Really depends on volume. How many positions do you hire per month/per year? Do you want your Onboarding to be integrated with it? There are tons of options- but depends on need and budget.

I love Salesforce as an ATS. I have used BullHorn (Talent Rover), Taleo and another customer ATS in the past. This is by far my favourite.

I’ve recently been through a similar situation. As mentioned the correct ATS for the business will be reliant on multiple factors including size of business, projected number of hires, do you have a HRIS, tool implementations etc After 2 months of exploration, comparisons, demos and sand boxes I have made a decision and will start implementation next week. The top three platforms that fitted our needs were Lever, Greenhouse and Workable.

You’d want to collect data from managers on what they would like to see as part of the process in the ATS, viewing it from a candidate’s and talent perspective on what’s key, and thinking through hiring logistics: number of hires, growth rate, etc to help do the research. By the sounds of it, if you’re in a startup then greenhouse, lever, and workable are good options to explore.

Good morning let’s have a beautiful Thursday. Here is my question I want to somehow break into Asset Management and I am having a hard time doing it. I have 1-2 YOE and Finra Licenses SIE-6-63. Why does the street, and people in general, care so much about the technicality & formal announcement of a recession (2quarters of negative GDP)? Q1 was heavily negative GDP and now FED Atlanta revised Q2 Fcst to 0.0% growth. Let's be honest with ourselves, we are in one now. Job offer extended but now some red flags… I was extended an offer today with a pay raise and great benefits. It’s in a field that interests me more but, now some red flags have come up. They voided my offer after asking for time off way in advance in December of this year & the pay that was discussed on the phone is different from my offer letter. I was a month in as Workday HCM Consultant with Accenture. They immediately throw me into the HCM courses to obtain my WD HCM certification. There are three parts HCM Essentials, HCM Applied, and HCM Practical. The passing score is 70 or above. I scored a 62 on the Essentials portion, I passed Applied, and at the end of this week Practical. During class, I received an “immediate connect” Team call and I was fired because of my low score. I'm devastated, and shocked. Yesterday was my birthday.

Today I had a very transparent conversation with my TA Director. I was not eligible for the merit increase due to my start date. On June 21, I had an interview with two managers to become an HR Coordinator. Everything went smoothly, and I got good feedback, so I moved on to the management round of interviews. The recruiter initially stated that I would go through two rounds; however, between June 22-June 23, there were really five rounds, and I am still awaiting the scheduling of one more interview, even though it is now July. I'm becoming frustrated at this point. I’m still actively interviewing with other companies.

I am from the GTA in ON, Canada and wondering if there a real demand for TAS and Recruiters locally. I see lot of posts from US and the salary stated in some leaves me scratching my head and taking a double take. They are insanely high especially for Corporate Recruiters.
