Just joined ACN, my joining bonus which was agreed to be taxes grossed up 15k was not and I was actually taxed. They actually deposited the taxed amount which is 5k. How can this be rectified?

Base offering is $165. I know most of you would say this is fair. However, I am currently in Canada and would have to do a hell of move. I want a bigger incentive to justify the move. But the NYC one would pay about 140$ TC (not sure about bonus yet, this is a guess), and the non-NYC one would be maybe $25-30 more. Is the $ worth the city sacrifice?
