Hello all, I’m currently an Associate Project Manager in the tech/product space. Here I’ve been gaining experience with agile/scrum methodologies as well as the entire SDLC.
Im looking to break into Product Management (Spotify, HubSpot) and I’m wondering if anyone feels an MBA would be worth it?
For background, I am a recent business grad (dec 2021) and I do have previous internship experience in project management, tech, and some marketing.

Agree with KPMG 1. Raise risk. Keep receipts. I’m dealing with a similar issue on a project. EVERY time I speak with the leadership team regarding the issue, I send them an email that summarizes what was discussed and any actions. Then I add that sent email to a receipts folder so I have proof that they knew about the issue.
Get the project manager to raise a risk or issue on the project and in the description state the meeting you had and attendees who are all in agreement with this risk or issue.
Raise a risk against it and tag that mofo!!!
Talk to the Partner as well.
Happened to me - brought this to the attention of the Partner via email, copied the SM and it got resolved. It was in writing so there was no confusion on the risk I was raising
