Anyone else issued their Deloitte phone at time of termination have issues upgrading phones later? AT&T is saying they can’t unlock my phone because it’s leased by Deloitte and still has a balance owed on the device? I’m laughing but also what? I haven’t worked there in a year. Also the wait time at 1800 Deloitte is like 3 hours.

Chill and wait until you start
Congrats! What an achievement. I’m sure you’re excited but if it was me I’d wait until I’m officially working there to post anything and change my job status. Only a month away!
Thanks! 🙏🏽
You’re not that guy pal
Thank God I’m not that guy!
Really? You dreamed about landing a job at MBB? Gotta get more exciting dreams
Bro you work at PwC. And I’m not talking ish, because SF is not exactly NASA either. But PwC will hire people after only 2 rounds. No case interview, no tech screen. I have seen it. And MBB is still harder to get hired at. It’s just comical that a PwC person is the one to say this about OP haha

Lol you being that ‘incoming’ person seems like you will also be the ‘ex-mbb’ person when you exit.
Moral of the story: don’t be that person.
Probably haha but I’ll take it one step at the time
Don’t be that guy
Thanks for everyone’s input. I’ll wait until then!

Once you submit your application you're clear to put "Incoming X at Y," no need to wait for acceptance or onboarding.
Wait until you start ☺️
You’re dreaming about working for someone?
This one is rough, and hits hard.
Back in the day, I got scolded by a partner I interviewed with for updating something before I joined that firm. He’s dead now, bye b*tch
🤯🤯
And congrats!!!!
Experienced hires post all the time about job changes so if that’s your hesitation, go for it.
That’s childish, sorry (to put “incoming X at X MBB”). Wait till you’re in a update your title. Be cool ;)
I love your excitement. All the best!
Thank you so much!
Congrats! Or just change your job title now fully. Who cares. Whatever you do, do it for you. Don’t post it for others’ approval/praise and don’t “not” post it because you think people will judge. You’re going to do great and happiness should always be the guiding principle.
I’m sorry you feel that way EY3. I’m sure you’re a great person in real life ❤️

Congrats!
Don't do it til after your first week. "Incoming" is cringe, especially if you're already out of school
After a year “incoming” will mean nothing to you but will become part of others memory of you. You get one shot. I’d play it cool and wait to take it when it’s already secured on your resume … don’t broadcast what you will one day be; only broadcast who you are today and wait to post when it’s more meaningful. It could be damaging to your professional image if something gets screwed up and it falls through after you made a premature deal of it.
Sound advice here.
I would start with instagram and facebook. Then make sure to send a bcc email to everyone you know, personally letting them know you will work at mbb... you could even contact local media to do a spotlight piece
