Just left DoD civ life and started my new position this week. Let me tell you, breath of fresh air (figuratively and literally, spent 12 years working in a windowless vault). Leaving govt civilian was definitely the right choice. Already feel like my quality of life has improved. Was scared to make the jump at first but I fortunately landed with a great team. Do companies sponsor entry-level employees for green cards? Not necessarily fresh out of college, but with 1-2 years of experience, can I ask my company to do that for me or would it be hard for them to prove that there are no qualified US employees for my position?

Just joined Infosys on Monday and got a call today for an opening in Unilever project. The person mentioned that I will be replacing another resources for now who is on medical leave and would be working on something that is a little below my skill level. Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. Unpopular opinion - we inherently rank and cater to certain minority groups over other. We fail to recognize the struggles from these other minority groups and focus on the issues being pushed on social media and in the news.

Messed up my public trust eqip. Forgot to list an expunged alcohol charge using a fake id I had in college four years ago bc it was expunged.
