Just me, or does Personal Capital take a solid 10 minutes to update?

I use Mint and Personal Capital and PC is always a day behind on my bank accounts vs. Mint. Also yes, slow to update.

like

Only for Fidelity, but about 2 minutes. Everything updates quickly, but I see that Fidelity has an info icon that says it only updates once a day.

Yes, and some accountants are always in red danger. Their Product and Engineering team needs to focus on that instead of adding logos to accounts

And then every time I look at it I have to dodge their sales calls.

Same for me, I recently started just updating my own spreadsheet

Question for my fellow fish, thinking about buying a new home and putting 10% down instead of 20%. Only because I want to have some extra money laying around for new home items I’ll need. Then after 3-4 months of PMI my plan is to call and drop the other 10% in a big payment to remove PMI. Is this something I can do? I also think if I do 10% down instead of 20% I can get a lower rate as a first time home buyer.

Looking at buying a house now and looks like cities are getting cheaper as we see strong migration to suburbs as a result of the pandemic. For e.g. just saw a previous $950k home list on the market for $700k. Is it wise to buy in the city? Would it bounce back up in the next 3-5 years?

This is a dumb problem - but need advice. I basically went from 78k/yr to 138k/yr in alittle over a year. Combined with my partner's income we've gone from contributing small abouts to a Roth IRA to not being eligible for contribute. Our combined income is 261k.

We're almost debt free except the house note (1257/month) , maxing out out 401k, but we planned on doing a Roth IRA and cant now.

So what are the next steps sense we complete blew over the Roth IRA step.
