General question: is there any certain “rule of thumb” post that you sell to take profiles? I’ve seen some experts (“”) say to always collect at 20% and others say until you see a reason to sell. Asking as rearranged last week and luckily got into the airlines before they exploded and now I’m sitting about 50% up on delta. And after selling Zoom way to early (used to buy my delta), I’m not sure whether to take the cash or let it ride more. This fast a rally makes me think it will plummet soon

Does anyone ever feel like the need a mentor even though they have years of experience already?
I’ve been working for 25 years of my life, 18 of which are in the same industry but I just don’t feel like I’m going anywhere. I get great reviews, told I’m a rockstar, am the one everybody goes to with questions but I’ve never reached above a plain manager position. I burn myself out and get nothing but more work and stress. Feeling glum today.

2 under 2 moms - when does it get easier ? My older is 3 and younger is 11 months and I thought the struggle will be done when baby is almost a year however it seems getting worse . My older is really jealous and can’t share dad with baby and we are always managing one kid per person. Me and husband end up fighting a lot . The baby is much easier personality however has some health challenges so not sleep trained. We have a nanny , daycare(part time) and exhausted after throwing all money.

Looking at buying a first home in DC and debating a refurbished townhome versus one that I’d fix up myself.
