I have recently joined Accenture and the work load is too much, i told my manager about it effecting my health for extra hours, he suggested me to change team or change process or change role, please suggest what is the best option? Even after changing team/process what is the guarantee that it will be stress free, should I completely change my profile?

From chicago too. I reconcile it with the absolutely amazing weather and the diversity of nature (ocean, mountains, deserts, etc.)
Oh yeah absolutely wonderful things here that sell the place - but how does any single mid-late 20s person who isn’t making tech type $ afford life and grow wealth? I even got a roommate which I’ve never had before, and I’m still cringing every time I log in to Mint! I had been hoping to save more with the raise, I’ll be just barely on par percentage wise with what I was banking away in Chicago 😐😐😐
Yeah I’m paying $3,200/rent. It’s pretty awesome. 😑
Yeah I’m at 50% my income after taxes. But I WFH, never go anywhere, never do anything so 🤷♂️…I also save about $1,200/month too. And spend the other $2K on whiskey to drown my loneliness. #MentalHealth

Need 60k to get by, 80k to feel comfortable, and 100k to save meaningfully (avg spender). Arguably 150k to afford a townhouse or condo after saving several years and 250k to afford a house in a decent location. Welcome and good luck!
Not wrong, I'm at 200k HHI and we are now trying to find a nice house for our family of 5 and sell our townhome. Now looking at 1.25M for a home =(
Welcome, the nice part is when you travel everywhere else seems cheap =)
I just got married to someone from LA. I've never lived in CA and the cost of living/housing/taxes is all quite daunting, especially being in the public sector.
