I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA. Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA

I need some serious advice. I have been working with a startup company for 3 years now and I have been apart of really important projects that our company now uses on a daily basis. I’ve asked for a raise after 2 people in my region quit-got denied and now the new position I created for myself is being given to an outside person (they’re still searching for this person, the role isn’t filled yet). My questions are these:

Starting my first IVF and have so many insurance questions that I’m struggling to get answered. I have coverage through Deloitte (Aetna, $25K lifetime cap). So far I have had 3 IUIs but when I called Aetna to see how much of the $25K I’ve used they said I had only used $400 and had claims from my first to IUI sessions. Can this be true? Is the negotiated rate between my provider and insurance really that low? Anyone at Deloitte have experience with this?

Hello Fishes, i am expecting offer from Bank of America. They provide me expected role and location. But HR trying to low-ball me with below average offer of 18 LPA which is not even 30% of my current package. I asked for 26 LPA and said I am expecting a other two offers.
