Tips for asking for raises in industry? I've heard I'm up for promotion this year however it would effectively come with a pay cut (i currently receive salary + OT, next level up doesn't have OT). I'm not counting on the promotion by any means but if they do say I got it on the call I want to be prepared to negotiate if the raise is actually less than what I get now

Suggestions for a team-wide task system? The main partner I work for wants me to create and continuously update an internal list of tasks/timeline/important deadlines for every litigation we’re working on. So far I’ve been just updating a Word Doc and sending it to the team every day or two but it’s not very convenient since I don’t know what new tasks the rest of the team is working on. (We use Gmail rather than Outlook if that makes a difference.) Has anyone used Monday software for this?
