Omg dodged a bullet there! Congratulations on the offer!!!
Whatever. Their opinions don’t matter anymore - you’re out!
Congrats and put them behind you.
Thank yall, the two-faced nature was upsetting so I had to vent. 😂
Just wait a few weeks for the call about some other project they can’t find part of. It always comes.
Rising Star
Wow can’t believe you would bomb on a report so bad knowing you were leaving. SMH 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Thanks for getting around to the report, Karen. Feedback I got back when I submitted it was positive but you bring up some points worth taking a look at. Here’s what I thought about these weaknesses and how they can be addressed
50% increase! Congrats!
You could find some real feedback in the nitpicking though. People think they’re doing you a favor by not criticizing but then you don’t grow as much.
Imagine, you respond to each point with no-hold-barred engagement and keep it real. You can highlight your decisions, attack the weak points of your analysis and point out the obvious limitations that an audience should bare in mind. Never hurts to document if you’ve mentioned improvements that could aid these limitations. You might actually arrive at good feedback or highlight just how little they made of you while you were on the team.
To be clear, I’m talking about keeping it real and pure - not getting personal or losing composer.
Very fair and reasonable! Some of it is valuable and good improvements for the report. Other stuff is just out of left field it feels like a first year analyst would have understood it.
Ha I had something similar happen to me. A magical negative review of me was submitted out of nowhere and with no context after I put in my notice.
Congrats OP.
You’re gonna do amazing at your new job! You are awesome OP
Hahaha, I can relate.
I asked for a raise saying that other banks pay 50% more during annual review back in October. Manager said he will fight for me. Guess what? I got a bad review in December lol
I worked at JPM and this seems spot on.
Congratulations! Your boss is jealous that you’re out and they are not! ✌🏼
I mean…way for the manager to be petty. What point is it when you’re leaving? 😂
CN1 has a good point.
I didn't mention in the OP, but it seen on her desk to review for 2 months. It makes me look like the problem and gives her a 'get out of jail free' card when I leave if it's not perfect.
Set up an auto-reply that says your email address has been deactivated so you don’t have to hear anyone else’s dumb comments.
I have a hunch that someone is seeking HR "credit" for performance managing a situation. Pretty sad, and speaks volumes about her character.
Congrats on the nice bump! And on the new and hopefully better environment!

You should “review” your boss on Glassdoor.com

Congrats on the raise! Are they hiring? Asking for a friend 😂
Send a dm and I will give some info.
Are you saying the two things are connected in some way, rather than merely being a coincidence? 😃
Congrats on your new role! They are in the rear view mirror!
Wow, get out of there
Congratulations, I pray I'll be able to do this soon.
Such adult behavior, LoL
