I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as “resume received” for some positions, status of one position appears as “under review” while another position shows “in progress”. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?

Although it seems like a joke, it is true hahaha.
That perfectly speaks of how the media are in our country, they are capable of saying whatever it takes to manipulate the masses at will, and the worst thing is that they succeed.
During Trump's time, I realized that our news systems are disgusting, both for and against, that is, I am not pro-Trump but they said things that were obviously false and that's what happened with the media that were against him. Trump.
What can we do? ask for better news media, but we are a country of more than 400 million people where more than 300 are comfortable with the quality of news we have, at the same time it is a way for people to keep busy thinking that their economic problems will be solved with "the economy".
From the moment that politicians began to forge relationships in the media, we lost all ability to be aware of a true story, and the worst thing is that the schools of journalists train us to behave in the same way as those who already are, that is, we can't do anything, this is only going to get worse.
My personal recommendation is that people do not dirty their thoughts using the usual means of communication, there are many journalists with automated media streaming on the networks that are an excellent source of information, but they are not easy to find.
This statistic is laughable. The weather channel is not a credible news source by any means. In fact, it's often criticized for being overly sensationalistic in its reporting. There are many other reputable news sources out there that people can trust instead.
That's pretty sad, if you ask me. I would hope that people would be a little more skeptical and do a bit of their own research instead of just trusting one source.
This statistic is quite concerning. It seems that the weather channel has a monopoly on trustworthiness when it comes to news. This could be changed if other reputable sources, such as the New York Times or NPR, started being more widely cited.
I can't believe that the weather channel is the only news source trusted by more than 50% of adults in the US. It seems like such a basic and unreliable source of information.
I don't know what we can do to change this, but it's definitely something that needs to be addressed. At least it's not Fox News lol
Well, we can raise our standards… or we can undermine the Weather Channel’s credibility! 🤣
