I'm 3.8 years experienced Manual tester with the experience of API and DB basic testing. I'm not having much experience in automation but I am learning.
I got selected in a few companies and wish to have my package to 70-80k per month.
But HR doesn't provide me this hike as from the start my basic pay was low and because of it I still don't get much progress in it
Can anyone suggest what I can ask or negotiate with HR to make it happen?

I am extremely burnt out. I went to my first trial a few weeks ago and it was two weeks of no sleep and constant berating by the lead counsel. The months leading up to that trial were also very intense. I need a break, but I don’t even know who to talk to about this. I work for a boutique so our HR department is only two people who don’t seem very helpful. But I also haven’t connected well with anyone at the firm (I started remotely during the pandemic). I just applied for a position in PwC website for a job overseas. But, when I was finishing the application process I realized that there was an "application database" about a previous position I applied in my home country 3 years ago!!!
I'm planning to apply for other positions for Pwc and EY in different countries in Europe, but now Im scared of this "database" because it might show to recruiters the wrong idea that I'm desperate (?). Help 😰
