I started as an intern then offered a full time job of £18k salary. In a year I’ve impacted this company so much and ensure to land & secure 2 big clients and more.
My boss said I’ll have a raise to £25k this year but now got messaged with offer £2.5k raise now and another after seeing some month when I was expecting like £28k so I’ve asked for a meeting this week cause that just pi**ed me off. I Don’t know what to do, I do love working there but sometimes I feel like being taken for granted.

I once found out my male counterpart made more than me. Because of this, I went to my boss and asked for a raise. I'm honestly discouraged all the way around. It's hard to continue going above and beyond when you got picked over someone who doesn't appear to do the same.

Is it a good idea to switch from IBM to Infosys considering all factors. Salary hike is almost 2.5x but the project knowledge at IBM is now stagnant.

Hi! My employer is B2B and I manage the day-to-day operations of our external “recruiting”; I don’t consider myself a recruiter. My team posts ads for our clients and then forwards the applicants (100% organic, no sourcing) to them. We manage all reqs (sometimes as many as 250+ at once) but do not perform any applicant screening, schedule interviews, onboarding, etc. I’m not sure how to research if my current salary is competitive for my role and, of course, market. Thoughts?

I have a potential client, and believe to have identified unique legal theories that would enable the client to file suit. Coming from B4 consulting. Would going to a non-FAANG large tech company or a tech startup hurt my MBA chances? Have offers from both but I do want to pursue a MBA in the future and want to make sure going to one of these places doesn’t hurt my application.
