Just received an offer after 6 months of internship with minimum wages!! I'm super excited but want to hear more thoughts on my salary from professionals here! It's for UX designer role at adobe and 100% WFH in los angeles. Base is 103k with 10% bonus along with 10k sign-on and 50k RSU for 4 years. My first official job offer after college!!!

I am about to get an offer. When I mentioned about having to leave my year end bonus, recruiter asked for documentation for last years bonus. I don’t want to provide that because : 1. That number is not reflective of this year bonus ( I am also up for promotion this year ) 2. They will get to know my base pay

I had an interview with a firm last Friday. I knew during the first interview it was a bad fit and I let my recruiter know my thoughts.
My recruiter encouraged me to do a second interview anyway, which is now tomorrow afternoon. It was originally supposed to be with one partner, now it is with five partners! The more I think about it, I am not sure I have it in me to sell myself to so many partners at once for a position I don’t want. Should I go through with it or respectfully back out?

Day after the final interview was contacted by the recruiter saying the interview feedback is positive but due to time of year additional due diligence is needed to bring in someone at M level, but it’s positive. My yoe is 3 in the digital advertising domain. Just wanted to know if it's a good offer as per the advertising industry standards or are they trying to low ball me.
PS: It's a hike of around 80% on my current CTC, which a great hike. However, I am throughly underpaid in my current role, so I don't want to consider that to calculate my new salary
