I have an interview outside my company and will only take a second interview/the job if the pay is right. How hard is appropriate to push to get a firm salary range in a first round interview? I don’t want to waste anyones time or resources if I’d turn down the job for pay at the end

I am expecting an offer going from client coordinator to clinical qa manager. I am struggling to find a market value for this position. This is on Long Island. When looking up qa manager positions I am coming up with 125k-160k, but this would be my first management role and I only make 50k currently. 45 LPA Base + 25% Variable Bonus + 25% RSUS.

I do have a better offer than this in terms of the base package. I just want to know can Walmart revise my offer if I try to renegotiate or this is the best at IN4 Level.
