Just saw a job for a product designer that include incentive pay, phrased as “vacation and incentive pay”
Two weeks of PTO... Finally!! Later client ✌🏻️
Drug test for client. How do I tell the SM that i cannot take the test now? Idk him well. Wants me on-site in <10 days. Frequent user that stopped using 16 days ago. on PTO and failing at home tests.
This sounds bad, but anyone come back from vacation just annoyed? I had the worst vacation I’ve ever had - hated what I did, got in fights with SO, my plan for the trip went sideways
I'm getting a bit tired interviewing with all these big companies. I keep getting through the whole process, which is something, I guess, but I have to take time off my current job to do 6+ hour interviews, whiteboard challenges, portfolio presenting...etc. Not mention the number of hours I spent doing interview prep. All this just to see the same position still open for months...It's insulting. They didn't find any one better than me, they rather have nobody.
I’m an average human.
Need a workout buddy / meal plan buddy - recently lost 15 lbs but I’m losing motivation due to depression and need someone to keep me accountable and I can help you do the same in return! Help 🙏🏻
Hi Fishes! I worked at Infosys as technical voice process executive for 2 years but I wanted to change domain or get a better profile so I did Microsoft azure administrator associate certification. Now I am unaware that how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience. I dont understand how can I start having no experience working in cloud. If somebody know, please guide me what to do.
I’ll get right on that....
What do you guys do for winter footwear? Is there a certain brand or style you wear to work or do you swap out of regular boots when you get the the client site/office? Male btw
Great client, team, and exec relationships. Asked to move to FT internal role as exec assistant (not admin) for high-up exec. What's the perception of this for MBA and other firms? Should I do it?
Has anybody ever had one of their viewpoints change after a conversation with somebody? In other words, has arguing with someone on the opposite side of the political spectrum ever worked?
Thoughts on why is it so hard get candid interview feedback upon rejections? Context below:
I recently interviewed at 2 of B4. Interviews felt great, even asked for live feedback on my readiness and fit. One rejected me after my 1st round and the other rejected after final round. Asked recruiters for feedback during courtesy calls, nothing useful only to say the other candidates had more relevant exp. But excuse my language, wtf, I come from a competitor firm in a competing practice.
How much would you ask for a Product Design position in a start-up with 2 years of experience? They are offering me benefits and equity. Thank you!
This has been the most difficult, loneliest, least rewarding job I have ever done. For the past three years I have been “selling “ life Insurance and haven’t had much of a success. Feeling dejected.
Does Deloitte allow after tax 401k contributions? May receive an offer and the ability to mega backdoor is a material factor as I can do it at my current job.
Partner and I have been having arguments at the three month mark (I’ve also just been really stressed from work and from issues with my parent’s health) and he says he is now emotionally drained. He seems like he doesn’t want to be around me anymore. What can I do? Is this relationship even worth saving? He’s not the person I fell for, as cliche as that sounds.
Looking to leave the firm. Tech infrastructure transformation background. 10 years of experience. Cleared. MBA. Who can help?
I got an offer from Northern Trust Pune as an senior O365 senior consultant.. I would like to know how the company is. What about WLB.. This is the first time, I will be working in a captive business. Please share your thoughts
Am I too old to be considering a full time MBA? 27 with 5.5 years of work experience. Recently got promoted to manager at ACN. I want to pivot into tech/fintech specifically but I’m not sure the opportunity cost is worth it. (Or if there are other, cheaper options.) I believe at this point I’d have to be looking at matriculation in fall 2023, by which point I’ll be 7 years out of undergrad.
