Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

Lol got a 0% raise. Let’s just say that morale is low. I see fewer happy hours and zoom fun meetings now lol
Wow..sorry to hear that. Not sure how things are going to be here but it’s tough all across the board I guess
I am about to join Accenture and literally double my salary is how it’s going
D4 is a glorified PMO BA
That information is incomplete. We hired for a plan and missed that plan, hence RIF and lower variable compensation.
The problem is that the hired as if we were going to meet plan (double digit growth). We grew by single digits only. So they had to reduce headcount accordingly. It’s a tough pill to swallow no doubt and I’m not happy about it, but I’m glad they didn’t have to resort to base pay cuts. That would have put me over the edge.
No increase in salary, you have to work mandatory 45 hours, they don’t have a budget for anything. I want out.
lol, let’s switch. I want in
