Hello S& 🐠! I was just approached by a recruiter for a senior associate role on the TMT Corp and business strategy team. Wanted to get a sense of the team, company, culture, comp expectations. Really any candid insight would be great! (I’m 2.5 years out of undergrad, ex-EY Parthenon, current on a strategy team at a large tech company) Thanks a ton in advance!

Anyone know what the highest hourly rate a creative PM can charge brand side in NYC.

Have competing offers from EY and KPMG UK Economic advisory teams( Manager/Snr Exec level). KPMG's UK technical rep and comp offer is better, but the hours appear longer. EY UK Director has had several calls selling culture (diversity and work life balance). Is there actually a substantive emphasis on this by EY? Or are 50+ hour weeks quite common? I suspect it's going to be quite team dependent/ project dependent, and therefore a gamble in any case. Thanks for any perspectives.

I am about to graduate with a bachelors degree and offered a contract to sign with the CPA firm that I have been working for about a year now. It is located in a midsize town in PA. I have generated over $100k in revenue in the past year and also heavily relied on. It is a smaller firm with around 1,600 clients. With one CPA, a senior accountant, and myself. When I am offered my salary package, what dollar figure should I be expecting. I am having a hard time getting a round about answer.

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment?
