One of the women whose account I run has made a name for herself as a well-known wellness influencer. But, her life is a mess. I am not one to judge, and don't want to, but honestly there is a dark side to the socials. In a way, she's taking advantage of the fact that it's just screenshots of her life that she can curate how she wants. I know everyone is doing this to some degree, and there are redeeming qualities to SM - but at what point are we supporting something that's actually harmful?

We have 300k followers yet out of nowhere our videos started only pulling 300-400 views when we where averaging 5-6k. I'm here as a last resort, working pro-bono on helping launch a small charity based e-commerce brand. I was obtaining the socials and got to instagram. The account was immediately banned for no reason (not an offensive name, client actually owns a trademark for the name) Guessing you know where this story goes. It's been weeks of trying to get contact. Did the verification codes and ID photos but nothing. Anyone have a contact for a real human being that might help?
