So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

While not getting paid unless the session is completed isn’t uncommon if it’s a 1099 position… it sounds like none of that was made clear to you and now they aren’t supporting you to build your caseload. I’d be concerned too.

Is this with a large company or a local group practice? I've heard of this happening with independent practices (they can't pay you money that they don't bring in)... But I agree they should have at least some sort of late fee. Unfortunately if group practices paid therapists for no shows and cancellations, they'd either have to reduce your overall wages or reduce the workforce.
No. I don't blame you one bit. I would be the same exact way.
no i dont blame u for feeling that way , thats surprising u are getting that many no shows/ cancellations. is this a medicaid based practice?
