Just started at an organization that uses teams to chat and zoom for meetings. It’s literally day 1 and I already want to propose we streamline it all to teams but don’t want to be “that” person but don’t understand how this is even a thing!!!!

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I work as a consultant for a small HR consulting service in Ontario, Canada. Our owner/president wants us to hit a revenue target of $1m this year. The closest we’ve come is $800k in 2019. We also noticed that in 2019 we hit our highest revenue but did the fewest overall client work for that year. In 2020 and 2021 we did more client work but fell short of $800k revenue. Our avg rev per client is $2500, with a lot of single projects @ $500. Does it makes sense to increase our prices?
