Just have some healthy snacks on hand for when the munchies hit. You should still be eating a good amount of calories, so snacking is ok, just in a shorter window.

Water and coffee. But take it slow. Don’t jump into 16-8 if you aren’t ready. Ease your way into it and over time you will naturally become less hungry in the morning. Be careful you don’t significantly under cut your calories by moving to a shorter time eating window
I tried it for a bit and couldn't get past the snacking/sugar cravings the first round.
Then I started the low carb, no sugar restrictions and wow is OMAD fasting so much easier now! Highly recommend it.
And before someone comments, "keto diet" has such a negative connatation for me that I don't like using it. I'm not drinking your crazy Instagram shakes.... I'm just being more conscious about my relationship with food
