For those who already have a baby - I (36f) just had a baby 6 weeks ago, and my wife (33F) is now back at work (WFH) and I’m still on leave. Since I have the baby all day and get up with her all night, my wife basically “takes over” baby duty when she stops working. If you’re trying to get pregnant, do you start avoiding certain foods/altering your diet/drink even BEFORE you do get pregos? Hello... has anyone had a foreign parent company issue US employees the contract of employment of that jurisdiction (I'm my vase Ireland)... I've just started and no HR before me so they issued the wrong things. They're very clear Irish contracts of employment with reference to Irish legislation in them, but wondering how much of a mess this is? Only issued to 8 employees total.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. Anyone get pregnant after they stopped HIIT workouts? Trying to see if it would be worth adjusting my workout routine to see if that helps with getting a positive pregnancy test. My fiancée almost lost her life to a medical emergency. The doctor needed me to stay home 2 weeks to supervise her post-operative care once the hospital discharged her. We had nobody near that could help so I got permission to attend class remotely for 2 weeks from the dean and all professors. One professor removed me from a graded argument the week after I’d return.
