Last week I flipped out at some of my wife's family. I did an amends and I think time will heal this one. It's all up to HP. Although I have neglected my morning practice this week, I'm practicing self compassion with positive self talk.",

It’s never too late to restart your day. The simplest prayer at the right moment can be incredibly powerful.
Praying you are not trying to do this alone. Remember: God, sponsor, big book and your network. It’s been a stressful last 2 years for me and I was reminded to use my tools in my box. Don’t let those thoughts linger too long that you can change ( Serenity Prayer) 🙏🏾😍
