Check your company policy. Mine includes $80 for leisure on weekends.
A large hardware manufacturer. Maybe nobody actually uses it. I don’t usually travel on weekends so I haven’t had a need to find out. They are usually pretty stingy.

No. And you need a good assistant sometimes. Back when I was in big law I submitted all my receipts from a week of depositions, and my assistant walked into my office saying, basically: “Are you sure you want me to submit to the client your rather massive bar bills.” My response: “No, I can’t believe I let you see them!” Her response (this is verbatim, and I’ll never forget it): “You can’t help your Irish heritage.” That was funny.
No. You should not use company credit card for any personal items that are not expensable.
No. If in government you could loose your job, even if inadvertent, especially if it involves a government credit card.

Only things necessary for work or your survival (e.g., hotel expenses, food, if you forgot your toothbrush). Not things purely for your entertainment. And you should check if your work has a restriction on alcohol or a per diem for food.
