I just licked a Covid positive person and get my immunity boosted that way.
Yeah… the side effects are longer but totally worth it.

I have recently gotten my 3rd strike on FB so I’m trying to be better. I recommend you go to a doctor and explain why you feel you need another booster and see what they have to say.
D4 how you have to provide a valid work email address. Not that it matters, if I get band, so be it
Boosters don't work anyway
Bet you think a fetus is a clump fo cells
Why would you do that? Clearly you put all your faith in the science and the science says you don’t need it yet or there is someone who needs it more than you.

Yes unfathomable one can both understand the efficacy of vaccines and disregard the CDCs incompetent and political recommendations.

As an aside, kudos to whoever here worked with CVS on their systems which caught me.

Just get covid. Nothing better than the real thing 💪

Listen to SM4. I endorse their message 🤣
Is there benefit to getting a second booster? Genuinely curious
I got one - no one asked any questions
Both CVS & OneMedical (which I now need to cancel) won’t give me the 2nd booster. I’m not over 50 or immuncompromised, but I travel a fair amount and I’d like the extra layer of protection when visiting my elderly parents.
OP just say that your recently diagnosed with some immune compromised diagnosis. Don’t have to prove anything. As long as it has been 6 months since your last shot b
Don’t mind me…just thought I’d post this list (below) of vaccines required for children to enroll in school this fall, in Illinois.
While this list has grown over the years, most of us in this thread were required to get TDap, Polio and MMR. Yet, when some of these same people hear the words: “Covid vaccine/booster” they immediately project their own politicization of this issue onto rational people and the CDC...
…When clearly you should be thanking those of us who helped eradicate smallpox (Alert: disturbing photo below), by shutting our fat mouths and getting vaccinated. Many of us age 40+ have the permanent smallpox vaccination scars on our arms to prove it. No thanks needed. Just do your part now, or, at least, please stop talking.
—Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis
— Polio
— MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
— Hepatitis B
— Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
— Varicella (chicken pox)
— Pneumococcal series
— Tdap booster
— 2 doses Meningococcal Vaccine with the second after age 16 (only one dose required if the first dose was received after the age of 16)
[Photo of child with smallpox in 1973. Last known case of smallpox was in 1977. That same vaccine is being deployed now to treat monkeypox].
Friends, someone just DM’d me to give me an opportunity to take this photo down before they report me.
They said it was “triggering,” described it as “propaganda,” and even said they know someone with polio who was offended by it. Polio? This is a child from the 1970s who had smallpox, which has since been eradicated, largely due to the work of vaccines. It’s out there on Wikipedia under, “Smallpox.” Should Wikipedia remove the photo too?
This person went on to say that I should “know better.” You know, like something you might say to a child. They also said I should already know this or should have learned this in my “communication” studies.
My goodness, if you don’t like something someone posts here why not just keep scrolling vs insulting them personally and professionally. Seriously to reach out via DM to scold me like a child, then exit the chat once you’re done talking AT me. I don’t get it.
Clearly it’s time to get off of here…
I think it is definitely useful and give you a short Covid free window

Yes, I am trying to get one before going on a trip for that reason - short term immunity boost.
I don’t know why anyone would bother with a second booster.
But I thought all adults qualified if it’s been 4 (or is it 6) months after your first booster?

Only over 50
Go to CVS Minute Clinic not CVS Pharmacy. No questions asked.

Not my experience, unfortunately. At least not at a Target.
