I’m at the point that I start trembling every time I get an email alert. It’s the little things piling up that is getting to me. The to do list full of, “send emails to X about Y,” “follow-up re this,” “revise the 100 small things the baby lawyer drafted.” Tasks that might take 15 minutes to an hour individually, but all together it’s a lot. I’m the bottle neck. I’m the one who needs to move these things along. But there’s always something bigger and more urgent. Nothing’s ever FINISHED.

Wow I am so tired. I’m 12, almost 13 weeks and the fatigue has just hit me like a ton of bricks these past few weeks. It’s making it hard to focus or put in effort with work. Normally, this behavior would bother me… but I kind of don’t care? Anyone else relate?

I do prenatal yoga / walk most days and eat mostly healthy, but definitely allow myself to indulge here and there - yet my weight goes up a little more than the recommended range, and I find myself consumed by anxiety that I’m going to ‘get in trouble’ at OB appts

My Obgyn is offering weekly classes that range from “childbirth” to “infant cpr” and mom/dad “meet and greets”. Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? The recommended curriculum is about 20-30 hours in total over 2-3 months which is a time commitment. Thank you!

6w3d and have had manageable nausea for the past few days but since early this morning I have felt horrendous. The absolute sickest I have ever felt. I have thrown up hundreds of times in the past few hours and cannot keep down a bite of cracker or a drop of water. I have ordered b6 and unisom. Has anyone felt like this and have it quickly subside? Or should I expect to feel like this for a while? I have a work trip this week beginning Monday and there is no way I can go if I feel like this
