(just venting)
i am frustrated and tired. i get paid significantly less than my coworkers because i'm a trainee. i've barely been trained, and it's been over 2 months. i've had to assist procedures completely on my own with no direction. we are disgustingly understaffed and management does nothing about it but put more responsibility on our plate. not to mention i am trying so hard not to lose my job despite how disrespected i feel, i am helpful to everyone. more in the comments.

Where are you located? I would find a more supportive workplace; this sounds very toxic.

there was a trainee that was working alongside me, who had been there a few weeks before i got hired. she was also paid more than i was. she was a phenomenal help, and made me feel less alone as the new person. we helped each other out tremendously, but management fired her because she wasn't learning fast enough. all of the responsibility fell on me. i still feel as though it's unfair. i have barely been trained, and now the team "depends on me" (direct quote from my manager.)

Hi recruiters! I am hoping a few people can share the salary range you’re seeing for a Director of Product Training position in a large software company. I’m seeing between $135k and $180k depending on YOE, scope of responsibilities, etc. I am negotiating a promotion opportunity and want to get more accurate data.

Hello I am a current nutrition masters student that will be finished with my degree this July and am trying to get involved with healthcare/ tech consulting. I have done 4 years of research in various fields and have readily available skills. I have also worked in a private practice, volunteered my time for EMS, and worked in a hospital so I know healthcare from a different perspective. If anyone can refer me to a consulting job or to a recruiter that would be greatly appreciated!

[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture

I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am

I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)

Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Hi there! I’m a newbie to fish bowl 🙂 so I’ve been approached for a management position at my current hospital that I’ve been at for about 3 yr. I’m currently in a coordinator position with my MSA (specialized in healthcare admin). This will be my first opportunity at an actual management role. I’m excited for it and also nervous. I know it shouldn’t be this way - but I know that my current boss is going to L O S E I T when I approach her about this. Advice?

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.

About to post a job w/ HC software co (~550 employees). Need someone who can manage relationships w/ cons/analyst firms that advise health plans on pop health software / serve as SI's, & relationships with Big Tech (MSFT, Oracle, etc). Thinking this could be a good lower stress role for Big 5 manager who wants to get off the rat race. Goal would be to give this person an opportunity to grow into more senior roles as knowledge of pop health increases. Thoughts / suggestions appreciated.
