I received two job offers, one for a JR Cost Accountant position and the other one for a Jr Property Accountant position. Career wise, what would be the best option? I was leaning towards the Cost Accountant position, but the other offer gives me more pto and a hybrid schedule. Can someone help?

Company XYZ is offering 29 LPA fixed + 20 lakh esops (4 years) for an experience of 6.5 years in Analytics domain for the post of Lead Analyst.
I am currently at 23 LPA and appraisal is around the corner. I am a bit skeptical about this offer, can someone help?
I don't have any specific issue with the current company as well.
I was targeting a 60% jump in the base but the current offer is not that much.

When people ask your YOE, do you say, for example, 8 YOE with 4YOE being in consulting? Or do you just ignore the military entirely and give that 4 figure only? I understand you should calculate YOE differently on resumes and job applications (usually do not count military unless directly applicable); I am talking about informal conversations between colleagues
