Just watched the woman next to me wipe down EVERYTHING with Clorox wipes on the plane. Tempted to start fake coughing just for funsies.

I do this on every flight. You're a child.

Wait why is this wrong? I think she wants to sit on a clean seats. Airplanes ARE NEVER cleaned lol. NEVER. And have thousands of people there everyday.

EY2 is correct. Using those things actually lowers resistance. I don't ever use them. I haven't been sick in 6/7 years.

Do you realize plane surfaces never get cleaned? Lick a tray table and lmk how you’re doing the next day.

That was probably me and if you’d done that I would have Cloroxed your whole entire life!

“Funsies”?! Didn’t know KPMG was hiring eight year olds.

I also do this on every flight. My immunocompromised father lives with us and I worry about bringing back even a cold because it can send him to the hospital. Also... have you ever seen the color of the wipes after doing this on a flight? Husband and I flew international business class Delta recently from France and the cloth was like.... black. 🤢

OP, all jokes aside, people are extra guarded and afraid these days. It was really sad to find out a 19 year old died in Washington last week. It’s important that we all lean in with empathy and understanding 🤗.

Wiping an airplane seat clean won’t make things worse.

I do that when I am traveling with my daughter. She has severe allergies and respiratory issues, and the last thing I want to see her sick in the sky! Stop passing judgment Op!

Ive been doing this on every flight I’ve taken in the 10 months. Wipe down trays, chair, windows, seat arms, tv, etc. Planes are gross. Especially when one lands and they immediately board the next set of passengers. They don’t clean it between flights.

I much prefer to sit with that lady who cares about cleanliness rather than someone like you who laughs at someone trying to be clean. Seriously, shame on you, especially that you are from KPMG as well.

YOU are crazy for not wiping everything down. Ever read what's actually on airplane stuff? Hint: it's feces.

I do this abroad and at home too. Just wiped door knobs, staircase rail, and refrigerator door. If that makes me weird I don’t care.

I used to never do this until I went to a consultant training and heard absolutely disgusting horror stories about what people have witnessed on planes and the lack of a thorough cleaning process. Just gives some peace of mind, but to each their own.
