Ya. Juul is even more addicting and wonderful than smoking because there is zero smell, it fits in your pocket and is just overall divine. I love Juul and miss it often.
I tried everything from the patch, the lozenges, cold turkey, etc over the 14 years. What finally worked was changing my mindset and my environment. Try to get out of the house for 2-3 weeks and go on vacation, use the lozenges the first week to help with the cravings. Substitute sunshine, yoga, kayaking, family, and anything else that keeps you busy to distract your brain. Stay away from triggers like alcohol, coffee, emails and zoom meetings (my triggers). Have a candy or something to always occupying your tongue, and get the quit go soft tip inhaler. Maybe even a fidget spinner.
Throw away the stash and stay strong even after you get home.
Mindset. Once I heard and realized: "quitting smoking is 99% mental and 1% physical, that's why you don't wake up from your sleep to smoke". That helped me power through.
You can do this OP! 💪🏼 stay strong.
Never used a Juul, but I did smoke for 20 years. When I decided it was time to quit I used Chantix. It got to the point where I lost interest in smoking as I progressed using the meds. 12 years later and I am still smoke free.
It should work for a Juul as well since it blocks the nicotine receptors in the brain.
Avoid nicotine patches at all costs.
You are merely replacing one nicotine source for another and not defeating the addiction.
