Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

I love it. Great culture. Tech all seems good - we have Lenovo laptops, iPad Pros (with magic keyboard and pen, all hooked up with iManage, Word etc). Decent support staff, document services team, tech support. Decent training. Academies were fantastic until covid hit and then it all turned virtual 😭 hopefully back to in person this year. Business class for client travel but premium economy for academies. V generous expenses, food/taxi allowance and mentoring budgets. All the affinity groups and budgets you could think of. Not sure about social groups but there’s some sports teams and team/practice group retreats etc. Great precedent sharing, group emails/meetings etc. There’s always some bad apples at any firm/business but they’re massively in the minority here.
I’ve never been charged for any tech yet, I’m worried one day it will all come out of the same pay cheque 😂 but I’ve got the home office set up (pre-pandemic), proper printer, and now the iPad and accessories and haven’t been charged anything, unless I’ve missed it somehow!

Second/thirding all of this. I recently lateraled here and have been so happy. Night and day from my last firm (also V5)
Really nice people and great culture although do know that the hours are harsh (as in many other larger firms)!
