I’m looking at lateral offers from Gunderson and Goodwin (both east coast). I want to focus on VC/EC clients. I know both are well known in the area, but which is better? I know Gunderson is known for more early stage work, but is there a benefit to being at a full service firm like Goodwin when I know that what I’m looking for will be at Gunderson?

Currently on h1b, if my company files for green card and I switch jobs, does it effect my application.
