How much $$ should a person interviewing with EY expect if being hired as a Senior? What is the max that at people have negotiated?

Got an application stage rejection yet again from Bain & Company for an AC role as an experienced hire (7months of work ex). This was after prepping up my resume for weeks and being told by some associates that it looked good. I can't even begin to land an interview it seems lol. I really don't know what to do differently now :/

Went in for a position at a top medical device company. During the interview my male interviewer asked if my “directness” comes off to strong to the doctors? He then asked the same question twice in two different ways. I asked if he meant “can I dim my light”. He said ya. I just said I know how to be strategic when it comes to my deliverance with whom I’m speaking to. I felt his question was misogynistic and quite condescending truly. I’m a woman in outside sales with a type A personality.

Hi All, I had interviewed(technical+manager) for TCS last Saturday (5th Feb) and yesterday I received mail for submitting documents. YOE: 2.4 Front end Angular/ionic developer. My current CTC is 4 lpa I'm holding an offer of 8 lpa. When meeting was scheduled I had told 15-20 percent more than the current offer I'm holding now i.e 8 lpa. How much I should stick to minimum expected CTC that they'll release the offer letter ? Please help me to negotiate and providing suggestions.

How important is it to provide availability for more immediate dates than later dates? I was asked for availability for 3 interviews in a day. However I'm traveling for work next week but I don't want to lose out on this opportunity just cause I will give a later availability date.
