Kicked my coworkers ass in office golf today.. it was a productive day

Privacy associate, 3 YOE. I’ve made it to the final round of interviewing for two businesses now over the course of the last 5 months or so that I’ve been applying. Am I too junior to be applying? I’m wondering now if there’s something wrong with me as an applicant. It’s discouraging and exhausting to get through 6ish interviews while working big law hours and get a no and I want to make sure there isn’t a fatal flaw with me as a candidate.

For people who didn’t get the H1B and it was your last try, how are you coping with the stress of having to find something new in a different country with all this going on? Any tips or thoughts
