Kicking myself in the nuts everyday for selling 300 shares of Apple between $150 and $200

Really got into investing this year. Have about 60-65 percent of my money in investments (not including 401k). I want to add more, but not sure if that’s enough.

Any ideas to hedge against inflation? So far, put some in I-bonds and Fundrise. Post tax Returns are sub-par inflation and both have long lock-in periods. Other options in the mix are farmtogether and masterworks. Any feedback? Other suggestions?

What’s your recommendation if my new 401k does not accept pension rollover? I think the only 2 roll over options left are traditional/Roth IRA, right? According to 2020 990 info, the total annual revenue was $242,732, and total salary expenses was $150,448. On their website, there are four staff listed not including the ED. Their positions are: Director, Managing Director, Senior Editor, and Communications/Engagement Manager.

Need help with a home loan query - lets say i want to buy a $300k house, and looking for a bank loan.
Here’s the scenario for -Spouse and i together make 300k per year. Savings - 350k.. question is how much bank loan should i take given the high interest rates and how much down payment to make given i have sufficient savings in cash.
