ZS 🐠 - I have 3 YOE in LS consulting, currently a C and was up for SC this year but promos were rejected across my entire group. Looking at some roles at ZS and curious what level would be reasonable for me to “lateral” to given I’m performing as an SC but my job title is still C 😒.
