I’m currently going through interviews with LinkedIn and Meta (contract roles) in Data Science. I would appreciate job referrals to Google and Target. However, I’m applying everywhere in the meantime.

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

I covered my gap in resume and now I’m worried whether they’ll catch it in Background check. What should I say?

Generally speaking, how long does it take for a company to make an offer to you if the interview went well?

Anyone know the interview process at LEK if you’ve been referred? How many rounds, mix of case/behavioural, any psychometric tests?

I have a call with a recruiter about a position I’m no longer really interested in but there’s another position that I like better and would be a good fit for..should I bring it up? Or no?

Heading into a panel interview this Monday. Around 4-5 folks on the call. What are some of the questions I should be asking by the end of the call to make sure I leave a lasting impression in front of the panel.

I was discussing my recent job search with some friends and we got into a small debate. I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.

After one interview, I tried to withdraw my candidacy due to the salary being lower than expected. Shortly after the hiring manager contacted me to inform me that they accidentally gave me the wrong salary range and invited me to come back for a second interview. I delightedly agreed and the second interview went very well, BUT I haven’t heard anything back yet. Did I accidentally kill my chances by withdrawing too soon then deciding to come back?

Needing advise. I have been at my new company for 3 months and I hate it. So much to hate too much to type up. So I’ve been applying around and I actually got an interview for my dream position today. How do I explain this current situation? I heard it’s not good to bash other companies but I genuinely do not know how to explain why I want to leave without my current company getting bashed. Hi! I'm currently trying to move into the IT field and have been getting a few interviews for smaller tech companies, but I'm interested in applying to larger names like Google. Does anyone happen to know what hiring managers or recruiters may be looking for in a cover letter? Do they really read cover letters or are they just scanned through ATS systems? Should I be trying to match keywords from the job listing or go with a more personal approach? Any advice would be appreciated!

If I get Google certifications (eg cloud) does that automatically get attached to my applicant “file”. Do recruiters see that in the system or are these completely separate?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Did it happened with anybody else?

I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED].
Is it fine or should I negotiate more?
Also I have offer from Accenture with 8 lpa fixed + 21% variable and 60k joining bonus.
Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture?
