My company is re-orging sales. In the new structure, the outside roles will either be an Account Manager (expected 20% growth of existing accounts, and is base plus bonus -capped) or business development, which is base + commission and uncapped but you only get paid on net-new revenue. Right now I’m doing both (paid on all up and uncapped) and don’t love either option. Wondering what other companies do and if a strategic account manager is lower OTE than new business development elsewhere.

I have different salary slips 1 from Altran(Aricent) and 2 for Capgemini. As capgemini bought in 2k20 but merge in itself in this year.
