KM folks - I believe attrition is also surging in KM specially at C level even. Personally I know many who left in the past few months (all were long timer or boomerangs).
With this situation, what do you think could be the next step of the leadership?

All the feedback I get is about my tone — first I’m too “critical”/“hostile”/“defensive,” etc., and then “disinterested”/“judgey”/“too quiet” when I pull back. What’s more, I get a lot of praise for my ideas, for pushing the creatives, for establishing good systems for working, etc. I’m so confused but I feel like I can’t win here (and I can’t leave for at least a year). What do?

Today I slept in until 9:30, ate breakfast in bed that my SO picked up from an expensive pastry shop, and then settled in for several hours of SATC re-runs and working on a puzzle. KM designation name change should be taken back. Just because you wanted to change the designation of fellows, you disturbed everyone's designations.

I am a 1.5 Y Associate. I lead workstreams in my team. Staffing team particularly mentions in the mail that there is a requirement of experienced/Sr Associate. But abtoh sab Sr associate hai🤣, even those freshly joined from college jinko hum hi sab sikhaate hai.

Forget about A,- AC and C ka designation me toh consulting hi nhi aara h

Thanks for adding more hoops for us to jump through. Becoming a principal in KM has always been a question mark. I've been here close to a decade now and I thought I could at least become a senior director (like AP - both the position and the person) in a few years. Now I find there's another level to grind through and burn myself out with politics to reach the top. Truly, 2022 has been a horrible year at ZS. I feel like I've returned to a totally different company after the pandemic.
