KM folks - I believe attrition is also surging in KM specially at C level even. Personally I know many who left in the past few months (all were long timer or boomerangs).
With this situation, what do you think could be the next step of the leadership?

Honestly, I believe they are OK with people leaving, specially at C level.
PAM members are increasing in KM exponentially and there is really no need for so many PAM members.

How does increasing PAM numbers related to C level attrition? Infact this should be a motivation to stay right

C level attrition is more compared to other levels because they know it would take good 3 years (even more for some people) to reach the next level (compared to 2-2.5years for A-AC-C level).
So why to wait that long if you have the opportunity right now to reach the manager level with same pay raise in some other company (this is coming from experience).

Compensation is also low at C level

All the feedback I get is about my tone — first I’m too “critical”/“hostile”/“defensive,” etc., and then “disinterested”/“judgey”/“too quiet” when I pull back. What’s more, I get a lot of praise for my ideas, for pushing the creatives, for establishing good systems for working, etc. I’m so confused but I feel like I can’t win here (and I can’t leave for at least a year). What do?

Today I slept in until 9:30, ate breakfast in bed that my SO picked up from an expensive pastry shop, and then settled in for several hours of SATC re-runs and working on a puzzle. Tonight I’m going to a house party and have no concern for how that impacts my Sunday. THIS is one of many reasons I love being CF ☺️

Hello everyone! Hope you all are well. I recently got selected for a team that is mentoring me to develop financial choices without disturbing my profession leveraging current trends. They are expanding as they are lacking talent to meet their growth expectations. If you are open to opportunities, I can recommend your name and possibly set up a meeting. Let me know.

Do you guys see future growth for Tableau CRM as a Salesforce product? What use cases would any clients have for using TCRM vs Tableau proper? Is it worth trying to specialize in a such niche product?

Say if the pay was largely at par, what would you prefer 1) service handful of clients in your industry / region with more of client specific challenges and high level of operational control on outcomes 2) run a large national P&L with more of strategic challenges but limited direct control on outcomes.

How similar/ different is SIP (Strategy Insights & Planning) track work in comparison to KM? I see a bunch of folks evolved to SIP but not aware of their exact work hence asking.

How do we grow this group and drive conversations here?

CO cases in KM, true and happening

ND KM-AC hike thread...

Aaj ke din agar experienced associate hota hai toh we call them Senior Associates, Jan'23 se unhe kya bulayenge? Super Senior Associates? Mazak banake rakha hai...

>5 yrs with ZS now and this move of renaming designations feels unnecessary and senseless. Don't want to be called as Senior Specialist 🤢🤮

Hi team - how can KM plan to go to an onshore role. What are the factors which can drive this. Currently I'm not in a growing team but I'm thinking to move to another team which could take me to onshore

What do you think of a 20% hike offer with permanent remote working?

So, a new designation of Director is introduced within KM. Felt this news should be coming at the firm level to be more transparent.
Already Sr. Director & Executive Director is there, hence a bit unclear about this new position.
Moreover, KM would not be a part of BC now. Thoughts?

What is happening in KM? I mean why there was a need of changing the structure of designation?

Doesn't make sense to me.

Can anyone guess the names of folks getting promotion calls today?
I'll start with mine in the comments

KM designation name change should be taken back. Just because you wanted to change the designation of fellows, you disturbed everyone's designations.

I am a 1.5 Y Associate. I lead workstreams in my team. Staffing team particularly mentions in the mail that there is a requirement of experienced/Sr Associate. But abtoh sab Sr associate hai🤣, even those freshly joined from college jinko hum hi sab sikhaate hai.

Forget about A,- AC and C ka designation me toh consulting hi nhi aara h

How was your hike this year?

What is base salary of KM C

Thanks for adding more hoops for us to jump through. Becoming a principal in KM has always been a question mark. I've been here close to a decade now and I thought I could at least become a senior director (like AP - both the position and the person) in a few years. Now I find there's another level to grind through and burn myself out with politics to reach the top. Truly, 2022 has been a horrible year at ZS. I feel like I've returned to a totally different company after the pandemic.

Who all from the group are getting promoted this cycle? Who all from your teams?😁

Hey KM folks!
If anyone of you has forgotten to book your food today, please feel free to use my code.
I booked, but not using.

Let me know in case someone wants it. I am happy to share the code.
It's always better to use food and not waste it. 💯
