2. In current organisation annual pay cycle is from april to march where we can consider 8% hike plus 8% annual bonus is due in march. So getting a 40% hike and leaving current job is worth it?

If I had known about law enforcement careers in college I would have gone that route but by the time I discovered it later, I wasn’t willing to start over on salary. Now I can do that. I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?

I'm currently a mid-level associate in a Big Law firm and am about to finish a 6-month secondment with a large international corporation. I'm also looking for in-house positions. Should I add my secondment experience to my resume/LinkedIn profile? I've never seen anyone do this but it seems like something that would be appealing to in-house employers. How is the job market for FPA Managers? I transferred into finance 2 years ago and I’m having trouble getting interviews for an FPA Manager role. I’m a CPA with a Masters degree.
