After completing a year in the company, do we get an increase/raise in salary or do they give that out in a particular month for that said company?
Would you leave the big 4 as a SM for 100% raise (all in) even if you knew you’d make PPMD within the next 3-6 years?
I have a offer from a good company for 19 LPA fixed , EOP 6.9 years. I have resigned in Accenture ,but management wants to retain in promising an immediate 2 weeks onsite to Europe. At the same time I will be receiving hike letter this week for promotion to L9 and management informed that I may get upto 40% hike. Current CTC is 12+3 variable. What should I do? (Considering this is my first offer)

Anyone happy with where they're at and don't want to climb the ladder?
I'm a C-level and make just about 6 figures annually. I don't live in a high cost of living area (it's moderate) and don't have a ton of expenditures. I live VERY comfortably and have investments as well. I cringe everytime I have to list out "professional goals" or promotional timelines to aim for.
I don't want the promo, just give me my annual raise and let me cruise and enjoy life. Any firms that embraces that mentality?
Are there really that many positions that offer >$300k TC? Made 290 last year, with another promotion in next year or two I should be solidly above 300k. Feels like I am quickly pricing myself out of many exit opportunities, with the exception of startups with significant equity upside.
I have to be honest, I don’t care about a promotion or job growth. I just want to work pay my bills and enjoy life. I’m working on paying off debt. Anyone else feel like this?
How much raise should one expect when promoted from SE-II to SE-III in Walmart? And how much time it takes to reach the promotion?
I am currently in state tax and am up for a promotion to senior next spring. As I have done a few interviews to test the water I have left feeling like my state experience isn’t highly valued outside of public accounting. I currently have an opportunity to stop working with our state team and transition to international/transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, or our indirect tax teams. Which of these is most valuable in industry?
As a first year associate making 68 plus a 5k signing bonus with pretty much across the board at level snapshots, what kind of bonus and raise can I expect
Looking for salary range expectations guide please. ACA accountant with 10 years experience and working and excelling in analytics for the last 3 years. Currently on GBP£70k (incl. Bonus). Getting a promotion next week and wanting to know where I am in the market.
I had an appraisal in January and I wasn't happy with it. So, I raised a ticket. In meeting HR agreed to increase my CTC to the amount I had asked.
But I realised I had asked for less as my other friends have been offered more here and outside nagarro.
Should I raise the ticket again? If yes, what should I say?
Has anyone negotiated a raise outside of cycle? If so what was your strategy and how did it work out?
Supply Chain Risk is a growing and pressing topic for Sr Leader in private and public institutions, yet it doesn’t rank as a top priority in terms of action or funding. How do risk managers raise this awareness?

Income: $200k or $8.8k net per month. Of that $8.8k…
20% goes to mortgage and recurring utilities and car insurance
45-55% discretionary spending including food, drinks, gas, clothing, retail, leisure, etc.
25% to savings (HYS)
8% to brokerage and crypto
In addition, I max out Roth 401k and HSA. The $8.8k in income per month is after those are funded.
Next raise should put me at a base of $230k-ish.
Just curious if there is any concept of college graduation batch/ previous work ex parity at Google?
People who are 3-4 years late graduate than me, without any Post Grad degree are at same level as me now post promotion.
Is tenure at Google all that matters ?
How do you hide disdain for your boss who, despite saying he will support your well deserved and earned promotion, does what he can to ensure you don’t get one?

I’m updating my resume and I’m wondering what HR people are actually looking for/care about? If I have had two jobs out of college (graduated 2020), should I still put down my internships?
