Cognizant gave me offer letter based on my relevant experience of 41 months, however when I filled the BGV, the total experience came out to be 57 months. I wrote to HRs but no response from them.
Has anyone faced similar issue? And what steps are generally taken to resolve such issues?

February I have been on my job 28 years. The owners up and sold the business without a notice. I am salary and have always received my salary on vacation week plus vacation pay. New owners said that’s the stupidest thing they ever heard and it will no longer be received. I’m exhausted giving a job this many years and feeling I now have to start all over. Concern on going to another FAANG is getting de-leveled/starting over. L5 is nebulous middle management, and it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle.
